Can I enter players availability before I generate the schedule?

Step-by-step guide

Yes, you can use our player availability function to enter availability on behalf of group players before generating the schedule. To enter players availability before generating the schedule, please follow the steps below.


1.) Login and go to My Groups>Manage Groups
2.) Click on Pending Availability (this may read Ready to Schedule if the availability cutoff date has passed)
3.) If the availability cutoff date has passed, select click here to edit to change the cutoff date and then Update
4.) Click on the ? /check/x icons to edit each players availability (The schedule counts the Questions Marks "?" as the player being available)
5.) Generate the Schedule by clicking the Generate Schedule button if the availability cutoff date has passed. If not select Click here next to "if you would like to forgo this process and generate a schedule now click here"
