How to Check Canceled Bookings and Programs
Checking Canceled Bookings
To check canceled bookings, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- Go to the Bookings section.
- Click on Booking Details.
- The status of the booking is shown (e.g., Confirmed, Canceled).
- The client's name, start and end dates, and resources used are displayed.
- You can see who added the booking and if an instructor was involved.
Cancellation Details
- If a booking is canceled, you'll see the label "Canceled by", indicating who canceled the booking and the time of cancellation.
- The hours before cancellation column indicates how long before the booking was canceled:
- A negative number means the booking was canceled after it started.
- A positive number means the booking was canceled in advance.
Filtering Canceled Bookings
- Use the timeline filter to find bookings within a specific time frame.
- Use the status filter to view all canceled bookings.
- If needed, check who canceled the booking by referring to the "Canceled by" column.
Checking Program Cancellations (Classes)
For class bookings, additional details are available:
- There is an extra column labeled "Event Canceled", which indicates whether the entire class was canceled.
- Scroll through the columns to see who canceled the class, when it was canceled, and how long before the cancellation occurred.
Additional Reporting and Testing
- If you experience issues such as errors when trying to adjust bookings or cancelations, ensure these are addressed through ongoing testing.
- Features such as auto-updates and payment statuses (e.g., "Paid" signs) should be visible in real time to avoid confusion during booking operations.
