Auto Check-in - How it works

The Plan2Play Connect app has an auto check-in feature that will check you into class automatically when you are at your gym/studio.   In order to for the GPS check-in to work, you must have allowed the Plan2Play App to access you location.  If you are not sure if you enabled this setting follow the steps below:

The app must be open for this feature to work.  Click on the home screen if you experience any issues.

For iOS devices:

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
  2. Make sure that Location Services is on.
  3. Scroll down to find the app.
  4. Tap the app and select an option

For Android Devices:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen. 
  2. Touch and hold Location . If you don't find Location :
  3. Tap Edit  or Settings . Then drag Location  into your Quick Settings.
  4. Tap App permission.
  5. Under ”Allowed all the time," “Allowed only while in use,” and “Ask every time,” find the apps that can use your phone's location.
  6. To change the app's permissions, tap it, then choose the location access for the app. Learn about app permissions.
