How do I Add/Edit a Lineup for My Team?

Step-by-step guide


  1. Go to MyGroups->Manage Groups
  2. Now click on Schedule
  3. Click New Lineup or Edit Lineup
  4. Move your cursor to a slot in the lineup you want to fill
  5. Click on the player you want in the lineup.
    1.   - Players highlighted in green are "available"
    2.   - Players highlighted in yellow have not filled in their availability.
    3.   - Players highlighted in grey are NOT available or you have already used them in this lineup.
  6. Repeat until all player slots are filled.
  7. Click on Continue to confirm the lineup. 
  8. Click on Submit to send confirmation emails to each of the players. 
Notes for entering a lineup:
Look at the player list to the left to see how many matches each player has played or is scheduled to play, who is available for that match, USTA player rating and what each player’s playing preference is.
To View Availability for all team members, click "See All Player Availability" under the player list.
You can clear a person from the lineup by moving your cursor to that slot and click Clear Player.  
Clicking Clear Lineup will remove all players from the lineup and allow you to start again.
