How do I request a sub on behalf of a Group player?
Step-by-step guide
Directions for the Captain are the same for both the Recreational Groups and the League Teams.
- Go to MyGroups->Manage Groups
- Now click on Schedule
- Click on the red "Find A Sub" on the date you need to find a sub for.
- Click on the red "Find A Sub" next to the person needing a sub.
- Request a Sub window will pop up
- Select players sub request is to be emailed to

- Select Specific Member if asking a specific member of your group. List is limited to members not scheduled to play that day.
- Select Request Swap to ask someone to swap to a day. List is limited to people not playing on the day you requested a sub for and playing on a day you are not scheduled to play.
- Select Members Only to ask all group members not scheduled to play that day.
- Select Members then subs to ask subs after already asking group members.

There is a 24 hours delay after asking group members, before asking subs.
- Select Members and subs to ask group members and subs at the same time.
- Select Members and all subs to ask group members and all subs at the same time including facility subs.
- Select Members and then all subs to ask all subs including facility subs after asking group members.

Note: If there are no registered players in the sublist of the tennis center then the last three options won’t be available.
7. If the sub will need to pay a fee, enter it into the optional box.
8. Select Request Sub
9. Select Close Window
10. An email will be sent to the targeted players. The first person to respond to the sub request will get the slot.
