How do players in my group/team get their login information?

Step-by-step guide

When you enter the players into your roster they are automatically e-mailed login information.

If a player insists that they did not receive login information, please make sure their email address was entered correctly and/or have them check their spam/junk mail folder.

If a player still cannot login, please have them submit a support request here: https://desk.zoho.com/portal/plan2play/newticket?departmentId=228774000000181051. A support representative will help them get logged in as soon as possible.
