How do the players in my group/team get an account?

Step-by-step guide


  • When you enter new players into your roster, they are automatically e-mailed login information. If the user did not receive an email containing login information, have them check their spam/junk mail folder and double check that their email address has been entered correctly. If the user still cannot login, they can submit a request and a support representative will be in contact with them shortly to help them get logged in.

  • If you have added a player with an existing account, they will be notified that they have been added to the group via email. If they have forgotten their password, they can select Forgot Password? on the login page and a temporary password will be emailed to them. If the user still cannot login, they can submit a request and a support representative will be in contact with them shortly to help them get logged in.
