  2. Apply a coupon
  3. Add/Remove a class pass
  4. Re-assign the plan to a friend or family member
Edit subscription

Update Payment Method

You can choose from a payment method on file, or enter a new payment method to be attached to the subscription.

Apply a Coupon

Select the coupon code you wish to apply from the drop down.  You will need to have the coupon created before you enter this screen, as you will not be able to create a new coupon code here.

Add/Remove Class Pass

To add/remove a class pass you will need to select from two drop down menus.  In the first menu, select whether or not you want to add or remove a pass from the subscription.  In the second drop down, select how may classes you are adding/removing.

Re-Assign Plan

In this drop down, accounts linked to the member will populate.  To re-assign the plan, click on the member you would like to move the subscription over to. Once the plan is re-assigned, the original member will no longer be able to use it.

Share Subscription

You have the option to allow members to share their plan with other members that are linked to their account.  To do this, start typing in the name of the member you would like to share the subscription with. Once the name populates, click on the name.  This will give both members access to this plan, and they will both be able to use passes.

Make sure to click "Update Subscription" when you are done making any edits to the plan.

Pause Subscription

You are able to pause a subscription indefinitely or until a custom date.

Cancel Subscription

You are able to cancel a subscription at the end of the current billing period or on a custom date.
