To create an event navigate the home page, and follow the steps below:
- Click the create an event button
- Click choose activities, and select from the list, or search for specific ones in the search bar
- If this is your first time participating in that activity you will be prompted to indicate skill level
- Select the activity, and click continue
- Pick a time and date on the calendar for when the event is taking place. Then click continue.
- Choose a location to play. Plan2Play automatically seeks out locations depending on the activity. Set desired radius from current location to explore all options. Click continue once finished.
- Choose people you would like to invite to the event from your pre existing contacts. Set the amount of people, and sort by your network, co-workers or new people. Click send invites.
- Your event has now been created, and you can now view it on your calendar. Click it, and hit view details to see who has confirmed
