How to integrate with HybridAF

Overview

HybridAF's mobile app allows members to request access and unlock their gym door from their phone. You'll no longer have to keep track of fobs or key cards again.  If you have an account with Hybrid we off integration so you can enable your members with access and when they become inactive, it will also inactivate their HybridAF access.

API Key

You will need to get an API Key from HybridAF to integrate the systems.  Please contact their support desk to make a request.

Enable Access

Please make sure all the users who should have access to HybridAF are listed as "Active" in the Plan2Play system before integrating. 

To enable access follow the steps below:
  1. Login to your Plan2Play account
  2. Select Settings->Integrations
  3. Toggle the HybridAF button to "On"
  4. Enter in the following:
    1. HybridAF Gym ID
    2. Hybrid AF Secret
  5. Select "Save"


Sending HybridAF Access

Once you have enabled access you will find a button to enable a user under their Member Record in the Apps section.



Disabling HyBridAF access

When a user who had HybridAF access has a status change from "Active "inactive" in Plan2Play this will send a notice to HybridAF and inactivate their account.
