How to Subscribe to a Calendar on iCal

Subscribing to the MyTennisGroup or Plan2Play calendar using iCal will allow your downloaded calendar to be automatically updated when match details are changed. Follow the steps below on how to subscribe to the MyTennisGroup or Plan2Play calendar using Outlook, Google Calendar, or Apple iCloud Calendar.

Subscribing using Outlook

  1. Copy the Calendar URL from the Plan2Play or MyTennisGroup site
  2. Go to your Outlook Calendar
  3. Right click on a Calendar Group name (i.e. My Calendars)
  4. A pop-up window appears. Here, enter the URL provided and click OK

Subscribing using Google Calendar

  1. Copy the Calendar URL from the Plan2Play or MyTennisGroup site
  2. Login to Google Calendar
  3. Open your Google Calendar
  4. Click the menu dots next to "Add Calendar"
  5. Select "From URL"
  6. Enter the URL provided and click "Add Calendar"

Subscribing using Apple iCloud Calendar

  1. Copy the Calendar URL from the Plan2Play or MyTennisGroup site
  2. In Calendar, choose "File" -> "New Calendar Subscription"
  3. Enter the calendar's web address, then click "Subscribe"
  4. Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color to help you identify it on your calendar
  5. Choose "iCloud" from the Location menu, then click "OK"
