Shows the total number of members who have paid for a membership plan. Each person is only counted once, even if they have multiple memberships. Members with paused or inactive memberships won’t be counted here.
This section displays members who have temporarily paused their memberships. These members aren’t actively using their memberships but remain part of your organization until they resume their subscription.
Displays the total number of active memberships, counting each membership separately. If a member has multiple active memberships, they will appear more than once here. This count also includes memberships purchased with coupons, even if the amount paid is $0.
Similar to Booking Memberships, this section focuses on memberships tied to specific programs your organization offers. It shows the current status of these program memberships.
Summarizes the revenue earned from booking memberships. It only includes payments made for memberships and calculates the total based on the payment date. Note: even if a member used a coupon and paid $0, they are still included in the membership count.
This section tracks the number of new members based on the first membership they purchased. Even if a member switches plans later, they will only be counted for the first plan they paid for. The graph helps you see when members are joining and what types of plans they initially purchase, giving you insights into your growth over time.
This section tracks cancellations of booking memberships based on the cancellation date. It's important to note that these numbers can be skewed if you perform mass cancellations (e.g., when moving members to a new plan). In those cases, the report may reflect a higher cancellation count, even though those members are continuing under a different plan. Be mindful of how bulk plan changes could affect your cancellation statistics.
