Below is some information to guide you in making a request to your payment processor. The processor is going to be be different than the Company who you use for your management software. For example, MindBody uses Stripe and ZenPlanner uses different processors, one being PaySimple. Talk to your software vendor to determine if you need to make the request to the processor. The will usually charge a one-time fee for this service which can range in price. We have seen anything from $300-$750.
Please do NOT send us the file over email. Talk to your Account Manager for details on how to transmit your file.
The format of the files used for import into Stripe should have a minimum of the following fields:
