Turning Location Services On A Different Time Zone

Location Service on Connect App

When users travel on a different time zone, the Plan2Play Connect app adapts to the time zone based on the user's current location. 
However, if users do not reopen the app after returning, the backend system continues to display the old time zone. 

What can I do? 

To ensure accurate time zone updates, users should open the Connect app and navigate to the homepage with location services enabled upon returning from their travel. Click here to see how to enable location services on IOS/iPhone.

This action triggers the application to detect the current location and reset the time zone in the backend system accordingly.
