Why can I not find my groups?

Problem

I get emails for Plan2Play but when I log in I do not see any/all of my groups.

Solution

  1. You might have a duplicate account, check if you didn't make two by accident
  1. Your captain may have no published the schedule yet! Once they publish it all parties can view it

Please submit a request and a representative will assist as soon as possible.
