Why don't I get my email reminders?

Please check the following if you are not receiving email reminders from Plan2Play.

Login to your P2P account and go to My Profile->Edit Profile to be sure the correct email address has been entered
Login to your P2P account and go to My Profile->Edit Profile to check if you have marked that you would like to receive email reminders from P2P
Check your spam/junk mail folder
Make sure you have added plan2play.com as a Safe Sender. Search on "How to add a Safe Sender" for instructions for your email provider.
