Recreational Group Players send their own sub requests whereas League Team Players notify their captain.
Recreational Group Player Sub Request
- Go to MyHome-> View Schedule
- Browse to match on the schedule using << (previous month) >>(next month) buttons
- Click on match in schedule
- Click on Find a Sub
- Request a Sub Window will pop up
Select players sub request is to be emailed to
- Select Specific Member if asking a specific member of your group. List is limited to members not scheduled to play that day.
- Select Request Swap to ask someone to swap to a day. List is limited to people not playing on the day you requested a sub for and playing on a day you are not scheduled to play.
- Select Members Only to ask all group members not scheduled to play that day.
- Select Members then subs to ask subs after already asking group members.
- Select Members and subs to ask group members and subs at the same time.
- Select Members and all subs to ask group members and all subs at the same time including facility subs.
- Select Members and then all subs to ask all subs including facility subs after asking group members.
Note: If there are no registered players in the sublist of the tennis center then the last three options won’t be available.
- If the sub will need to pay a fee, enter it into the optional box.
- Select Request Sub
- Select Close Window
- An email will be sent to the targeted players . The first person to respond to the sub request will get the slot.
League Team Player Sub Request
- Go to MyHome-> View Schedule
- Browse to match on the schedule using << (previous month) >>(next month) buttons
- Click on match in schedule
- Click on Find a Sub
- You will get a message Your team captain has been notified that you are unable to play.
- Go to MyHome-> View Schedule to get back to your schedule
