What is a class?
A class is a regularly scheduled service that an instructor or staff member offers to multiple participants at different times. Classes generally are:
- Recurring and happen at the same time each day and/or week. For example on Monday and Friday at 7am.
- Led by the same instructors
- Can be attended on a drop-in basis. For example participants do not have to attend all in a series and can skip days
How can I setup a Class?
To setup a class in Plan2Play Run, follow the instructions below:
Step-By-Step Instructions:
- Login to your Plan2Play Run Account
- From the left-hand menu Select "Services"
- Next Select the "Classes" Menu

- Select the "Create Class" button
- Enter the following information:
- Class Name - (i.e. Hot Yoga, CrossFit, Advanced Weightlifting)
- Choose the Activity - if the activity for your class is not listed - follow these steps to enter a custom activity
- Choose the level for you class (All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced)
- Enter a Class Description
- Select the "Next" button
- Indicate whether your class will be "In-Person" or "Virtual"
- To enter an "In Person" location:
- Enter the name or address of your location in the "Search Places" field or use the check boxes at right to select previously saved locations
- Enter any additional details about the location in the Location Note field. For example the Room Location or Court #
- To Enter a "Virtual" location:
- Enter the URL or meeting link for your class
- Enter any additional details in the Location Note field
