How to Add a Class Schedule
Prerequisites:
Before you setup your class schedule you must first
Add a Class.
Adding a Schedule
Step-By-Step Instructions:
- Login to your Plan2Play Run Account
- From the left-hand menu Select "Services"
- Next Select the "Classes" Menu
- Select the "View Classes" button next to the class you wish to enter a schedule for
- Select the "Create Schedule" link
- Define the Recurrence Pattern
- Enter the following information about your class schedule:
- Start Date
- End Date (Select "No End Date" if you wish to repeat this class indefinitely)
- Duration of your class
- The days of the week the class meets
- The maximum number of people that can attend this class
- When Booking should open for your members. For example, how far in advance members can sign-up.
- Any specific groups of people who can attend your class (default is All Members)
Set the Time & Instructors
- Select the "Add Time +" button to add the times on each day your class will be offered
- Select the "Edit Instructor" button to select the correct instructor for each time your class will be offered. Instructors must be part of the instructor group to be selected.
