How to setup the General Settings for your Organization

This article details the process to setup your organization location, logo & colors.  

General Settings

To access the General Setting menu follow the steps below:
  1. Login to your Plan2Play Account
  2. In the upper right menu Select the hamburger menu and then "Settings"

Logo, Colors & Locations

Welcome to Plan2Play!  Your logo, colors and locations are used within the Plan2Play mobile application, on all your invoices and receipts as well as on the web app registration pages.  Below are the first steps you should complete to setup your account:
  1. Upload your Logo and Icon.  
  2. Set your organization Colors
  3. Set your Organization Name - This is the name that will appear to your members
  4. Setup your Time Zone - it is very important to do this prior to making your schedule.
  5.  The settings below will appear in the organization page in the mobile app.
    1. Enter a video URL (optional). 
    2. Enter Profile Image (optional)
    3. Description of your facility/studio
  6. Statement Descriptor (optional - only if you are setting up payments) - This is what will be shown on your members credit card statements so make sure it is something they will recognize.
  7. Locations - Please enter the address of all of your locations.  This will be used in multiple places throughout Plan2Play.
