What is the difference between a Group & a Team?

The difference between a group and a team is as follows:

Groups:
  • A Plan2Play Group can be used to schedule players on a court that meet to play on a regular basis.  Some examples would be a season court, an intra-club league, team practices or people just playing for fun. 
Teams:
  • A Plan2Play Team can be used to help team captains manage players that are playing other teams.  Some examples would be a local league or USTA team play.
