How to Add Holidays to a Multi-Session Event
This article outlines the steps for adding a holiday to a multi-session event using an Admin Login.
Log in to your Plan2Play Account.
Select the class to which you want to add a holiday
- From the left menu bar, go to 'Services' then 'Classes'
- Locate the multi-session event under 'MY CLASSES' and click the pencil icon
Add the holiday to the class
- Click 'Select Holiday' (beside 'Holiday List') and then select the date, click 'Next' then 'Save Schedule'
Check if the holiday was added
- From the left menu, go to 'Schedule' then 'Programs' and use the filter to see the multi-session event and check if the holiday you set up has been removed from the schedule.
