How to Remove Holidays from a Multi-Session Event

This article provides steps for removing a holiday from a multi-session event using an Admin Login.

Log in to your Plan2Play Account.

Search for the holiday within the multi-session class or classes
  1. Go to 'services' then 'classes'


Identify the holiday in the multi-session event.
  1. Under 'MY CLASSES', locate the multi-session class or classes that include a holiday
  2. Once identified, click the pencil icon


Remove the Holiday
  1. Select the holiday that was added, then click the 'X' icon

  1. Click 'Next' then 'Save Schedule'


** Navigate to 'Schedule' then 'Programs', and apply the filter to find the multi-session event.
** Verify if the schedule from which the holiday was removed is now displayed in the list of classes.
