How to enable Personal Tracking in Plan2Play ARC

Plan2Play ARC offers the ability for your members to track their results against workouts and also enter personal bests.  The leaderboard allows for fun social interactions for everyone involved.



Step-By-Step

Enable Personal Tracking

  1. Login to Plan2Play ARC
  2. Select Settings in the upper right menu and then Personal Tracking

  1. Here you can enter additional workout types and sub-types that are available to track against.
  2. Toggle Personal Track "On"

Turn on Personal Tracking for a Class

  1. Select Services->Classes in the left hand menu
  2. Select the Class Name to edit the class you wish to turn Personal Tracking on for

Create a Workout

Now that you have Personal Tracking enabled, it's time to enter a workout.  
  1. Select Communicate from the left hand menu
  2. Select Workout of the Day as the type of Announcement you wish to enter
  3. After you have entered the workout details, turn personal tracking "on"
  4. Select the type of workout, and what day the workout applies to.  If you need to make any changes to the type, sub-types or levels - you can do this from the Settings->Personal Tracking menu.
