How to Enable 2FA for Your Organization

2FA stands for two-factor authentication, which adds an extra layer of security when logging in online or on mobile apps. 2FA sends you a personal code to your mobile or email that only you receive. When you login to your system you are required to input the code as well as your password. This extra layer of protection can go a long way.

Step-by-Step Instructions to Enable 2FA

  1. Login to your Plan2Play account
  2. Select the menu button in the top righthand corner of your screen

  1. Click "Settings"

  1. Click "Security"

  1. Turn 2FA on or off

How to Enable 2FA by Role 

  1. Follow previous steps
  2. In "Security" section, names of roles are shown along with their active status
  3. View or flip switch to either active or inactive
