What is the ARC (Attract, Run & Connect) Platform?

The ARC platform is a comprehensive fitness business platform that allows gym and studio owners to save time, increase revenue, and foster community while delivering the best customer experience to their members CXM.

Our platform was designed to help entrepreneurs in the fitness space Attract members, Run their business and Connect their community.  Some examples of the types of studios we service are:
  1. CrossFit
  2. Yoga
  3. Pilates
  4. Small group training studios
ARC simplifies the process with – one platform that can be used for managing leads, collecting payments, scheduling classes and organizing events.  The software empowers owners and employees to focus on what matters – the health and wellbeing of members.  As more individuals take social media breaks, communicating with all members in one place is becoming increasingly difficult.  The ARC platforms multi-channel communication helps solve that problem.  Below is a brief description of each area of the platform.
  1. The Attract portion (which includes a website) is designed to attract more members and automate the lead process 
  2. The Run interface allows fitness facilities to interact directly with members to inform them of schedule changes, special events, etc.
  3. The Connect App also allows members to communicate with one another, helping foster a sense of community.
