How can I customize court details?

Step-by-step guide


Captains can customize their court information to better suit their needs.  Court customization includes Court Name, Start & End Time and Location.

A captain can change this information in the following places:

  • During group setup:
    • When entering group information such as start and end date, a list of courts will appear a the bottom of the screen.  When you select values for the first court, the following courts will automatically fill in with that information to save time.

  • While pending availability:   
    • Return to the Group Profile page by clicking on the group name on your Manage Groups page. Court names, start & end times & the location can still be updated here. If you are unable to edit this information, you may need to extend the availability cutoff date to put your group back in pending availability mode. 

  • After the schedule has been generated:
    • Go to MyGroups→Manage Groups & click on Schedule.  Then, click the Edit Court Details button located above the list.  Here you can modify every match individually.  You may also change the date, however, that date may not go beyond your start/end date.
