How to create a membership plan that is restricted to a group of members

Sometimes you want to create a pricing plan that is visible only to a select group of members.  The steps below outline the process to create a restricted pricing plan.


Create A Private Group

  1. Login to your Plan2Play Account
  2. Select Settings->Groups from the upper right menu
  3. Add a Private Group

Associate the plan with the Private Group

  1. From the left menu select Manage->Pricing and select the plan you wish to restrict
  2. Check the box next to restrict plan and choose the Private group you made in the step above
  3. Save the plan

Add the plan to a member

  1. Select Members from the left hand menu
  2. Find the member you wish to create a plan for and click on their name
  3. Select "Membership Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Create Subscription" and select the plan you created above.
