How to create a Membership Subscription

To add a one-time or recurring membership subscription to a member account follow the steps below.

Locate the member

  1. Login to your Plan2Play Account and select the "Members" link from the left hand menu
  2. Search for the member you wish to add a membership for and click on their name
  3. From the left menu select "Membership Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Create Subscription"

Create the subscription

  1. Select the plan and any add-ons
  2. Subscription Type - enter whether this subscription will be backdated or regular
  3. Select Billing Type
    1. Send Invoice - this will send an invoice to the member and request payment
    2. Payment Method - this allows you to choose an existing payment method or to add a new one
    3. Offline Payment - use this for accepting cash payments
  4. Select a Coupon - or enter a new coupon code  (optional)
  5. Purchase for family members - if you wish to apply this membership to a family member you would enter them here. You must first associate the family member
  6. Select Activation Date - this can be today or a date in the future.  For a backdated subscription you must choose the Subscription Type of backdated.
