How to see my "Active - Membership" Numbers
There are several ways to view "Active Members". This article reviews two options.
View by Subscription Count
To view your active members by subscription count use the steps below:
- Login to your Plan2Play Account
- Select "Manage->Payments"
- Select Subscriptions
- Select "Active" to view only "Active" Subscriptions
- The number next to the Plan Name lists the number of "Active" Customers on that subscription
- You can also download to Excel and view and sort the data.
View on Members Page
- Login to your Plan2Play Account
- Select the Members menu item from the left
- First select the Members tab as shown below
- Next select "Active"
- The number listed at the bottom of your page will be your "Active Member" count
You must perform the steps above to filter out other users who might be Staff members which are included in the top number
